If you should receive an email asking for details in regards to your order, items and location/payment information, please note that this is coming from an Eastwood employee who specializes in fraud analysis! Once we receive this information back from our customers we are able to verify all information and release the order, provided it passes its fraud screening. All customers have 3 business days to respond to the security email requesting additional information. If we do not receive a response the order is canceled due to a high risk of fraud. All customers will be notified if their order is being detained for review by the Fraud Protection Software once they place their order. There will be a red message located on your order completion page on the website detailing that your order is being reviewed and a specialist might reach out to you at the email address you provided in your order.
